Qingdao FUWEI Metal Ironware Product Factory, founded in 2002, is located in Shandong Peninsula. Our factory now covers an area of 10,000 square meters, having more than 50 staff members. Now, our factory has five standard workshops, including a production workshop, a press workshop, a welding workshop, a machining workshop and a casting workshop. We have advanced equipment, including more than ten sets of pressing equipment, welding equipment (gas shielded arc welding and constant voltage and large current arc welding), gas-cutting equipment, high-frequency welding machines, hot-box core shooters, J-125 die casting machines, plate shears, injection machines, drilling machines, saw benches and tube bending machines.
We mainly specialize in processing pipe fittings made by stainless steel, welding and cutting metallic tools, casting nonferrous metals including zinc, aluminum and copper, machining and precise sand blasting. We also carried out the production of ironware according to the samples or the drawings provided by clients.
So far, our products have been sold to Mainland China, Japan, South Korea, the USA, Canada, Germany and Australia.
We have a stable supply of high-quality raw materials, and we try all our best to reduce the cost of our production on the basis of fine quality, thus making our products not only of high quality but also of relatively low cost.
